Research
  • The development of computational models and pipelines to analyze genomic and proteomic data.
  • Better understanding the initialization and progression of tumors by integrating multiple levels of omics data from DNA-Seq, bulk RNA-Seq, scRNA-Seq, and mass spectrometry.
  • Studying viral integration and host immune responses in virus-positive tumors.
