- Improving clinical outcomes by bringing novel therapies to the clinic to treat lung and head and neck cancers with a specific focus on squamous cell carcinoma and smoking-related diseases
Dr. Auberle’s research includes identification of therapeutic options for smoking-related diseases of the thorax and head and neck. She hopes to improve clinical outcomes of patients suffering from theses disease through clinical trials and bringing new therapies into the clinic. Additional interests include medical education with a focus on graduate medical education, mentorship and career development of trainees.
