Brian Van Tine, MD, PhD, Professor of Medicine in the Division of Oncology is the senior author of a clinical trial of CAR-T (chimeric antigen receptor T-cells) cells director against MAGE-A4. 36 of patients with aggressive sarcomas had a tumor response including some patients who entered complete remissions.
