Clinical Interests
  • Gastrointestinal Cancers
Research Interests

My research interests focus on translational research and clinical studies to develop novel medications and therapies for treating metastatic biliary tract cancer by targeting fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) signaling pathway and enhancing immunotherapy. I have studied FGFR expression and localization in biliary tract cancer, correlative to clinical responses to tyrosine kinase inhibitors and immunotherapy. Meanwhile, I am dedicated to developing novel medications, treatments, and combination strategies, such as cyclical therapy and individualized maintenance therapy, to improve patients’ clinical outcomes in biliary tract cancer.
