Research

My research is focused on improving treatments for multiple myeloma and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation through basic and translational study of myeloma, and transplant biology (namely graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) and graft-versus-tumor effects). I have a clinical research focus in both GVHD and multiple myeloma. I have a background in basic research using mouse models of hematopoietic transplantation and stem cell mobilization. I work in close collaboration with basic scientists to translate novel transplant approaches and therapies developed in the lab to the clinic.
