Research Interests

Research

The development of computational models and pipelines to analyze genomic and proteomic data.
Better understanding the initialization and progression of tumors by integrating multiple levels of omics data from DNA-Seq, bulk RNA-Seq, scRNA-Seq, and mass spectrometry.
Studying viral integration and host immune responses in virus-positive tumors.
